Meet The Team

Audrey George (she/her) leverages her experience as a 20-year CEO to support leaders and build organizational systems for success. Audrey understands business complexities and the many factors to be addressed when evolving processes and culture. Having spent 30 years working in Chicago nonprofits, she brings a unique perspective on building equitable and inclusive organizations that attract and retain strong talent. Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and a Certificate of Leadership in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University. She is the proud mother of two young adult daughters.

A native New Yorker, Kendall Mallette (she/her) has nearly three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, senior administrator, and educational consultant. A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she collaborates with leaders to promote empathy, cultivate cultural competency, and deepen inclusion. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, where she studied under great minds such as Dr. Cornell West and the late Toni Morrison; She is a nationally certified SEED facilitator (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) -- a diversity training program based out of Wellesley College. Kendall is also a professional dancer, a wife and the mother of four sons.

Pearl Anderson (she/her) brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work, shaped by her upbringing as a third-culture child. Raised overseas by Burmese immigrants within the U.S. Army, Pearl developed a global outlook that has allowed her to adapt and excel in diverse environments and workplace cultures.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and professional support across industries such as retail, accounting, real estate, and consulting, Pearl is a skilled professional known for her ability to analyze data, create comprehensive reports, and execute strategies that exceed objectives. Her positive attitude and commitment to excellence consistently drive successful outcomes.

Pearl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Chicago. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family as a wife and proud mother of three daughters.

Tony Rivera (he/him) is a dynamic executive management professional with over 20 years of experience leading key growth initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits. Tony is an expert in building high-performing teams and delivering creative, reliable, cost-effective solutions and strategies that drive business development. Fluent in Spanish, Tony is highly praised for his work ethic, problem solving and communication skills. Tony received his Bachelor of Science from Franklin University and is certified both as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Master Negotiator. He was named as one of the top 30 champions for diversity by diversity plus magazine in 2013. Tony is the proud father of three young-adult children. 

  A trained educator, Caitlin Wrend (she/they) has nearly 15 years of experience across the education, nonprofit, financial services, and technology sectors. Her varied background and educator's approach equip her to navigate complex domains, identifying patterns and interdependencies that others might overlook. They bring expertise in strategic leadership and holistic problem-solving, along with a deep commitment to cultivating inclusive cultures. Caitlin holds both a Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves reading and adventuring with her wife and two dogs in the Pacific Northwest.

 Maria King (she/her) is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in real estate and specialty pharmaceutical sales. She has successfully transitioned into consulting sales, leveraging her expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. 

 Raised in Colorado and a long-time resident of Brooklyn, New York, Maria brings a unique perspective shaped by multicultural exposure across various territories throughout her career.

A graduate of Spelman College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Maria has cultivated a deep understanding of human behavior and communication, which has been invaluable in fostering strong relationships with clients across varied industries. Her sales background highlights a career focused on delivering results in highly competitive markets, adeptly managing complex transactions while providing expert guidance and negotiation skills.

Maria is dedicated to advancing inclusive solutions that promote equity and diversity in business practices. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, skiing, and exploring the culinary arts.
