Having spent 30 years working in Chicago nonprofits, she brings a unique perspective on building equitable and inclusive organizations that attract and retain strong talent. Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and a Certificate of Leadership in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Northwestern University. She is the proud mother of two young adult daughters.
A native New Yorker, Kendall Mallette (she/her) has nearly three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, senior administrator, and educational consultant. A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she collaborates with leaders to promote empathy, cultivate cultural competency, and deepen inclusion. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, where she studied under great minds such as Dr. Cornell West and the late Toni Morrison; She is a nationally certified SEED facilitator (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) -- a diversity training program based out of Wellesley College. Kendall is also a professional dancer, a wife and the mother of four sons.
Tony Rivera (he/him) is a dynamic executive management professional with over 20 years of experience leading key growth initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits. Tony is an expert in building high-performing teams and delivering creative, reliable, cost-effective solutions and strategies that drive business development. Fluent in Spanish, Tony is highly praised for his work ethic, problem solving and communication skills. Tony received his Bachelor of Science from Franklin University and is certified both as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Master Negotiator. He was named as one of the top 30 champions for diversity by diversity plus magazine in 2013. Tony is the proud father of three young-adult children.
Kerri Valentino (she/her) is a native New Englander who relocated to the Midwest 20 years ago. She has over 30 years of accounting experience working in both public accounting and with a Fortune 500 company. Kerri received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Rhode Island College and also holds her CPA certification. Kerri is the proud mother of 2 college aged children. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hiking, and cooking.
Pearl Maxey (she/her), who grew up as a self-described Army brat, considers her childhood as a third/fourth culture kid one of her greatest assets. Being raised overseas by Burmese immigrants in the US Army, she developed a unique lens through which to view the world. Her insight has allowed her to thrive in any environment and workplace culture. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and professional support in various industries, including retail, accounting, real estate, and consulting. Pearl has an upbeat disposition and is an expert in analyzing and researching data, creating reports and documents, and executing objectives that deliver and exceed goals. She also has experience in supporting behavioral healthcare facilities helping at-risk youth with behavioral and addiction issues to ensure continuity of care. Pearl holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago in biology. She is an avid cook, wife, and proud mother of three amazing daughters.
