Audrey George leverages her experience as a 25-year CEO to support leaders and build organizational systems for success. She coaches executive teams during key transition points and assists companies in creating a company culture that drives innovation and productivity while attracting and retaining strong talent. Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, She is the proud mother of two young adult daughters.

A native New Yorker, Kendall Mallette has over three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, senior administrator, educational consultant, and coach. A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she collaborates with leaders to cultivate a positive culture and deepen belonging within organizations. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University, where her experience on the track team and her academic education combined to build the foundation for her approach to coaching. Kendall is also a professional dancer, a wife, and the mother of four sons.

Pearl Anderson brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work, shaped by her upbringing as a third-culture child. Raised overseas by Burmese immigrants within the U.S. Army, Pearl developed a global outlook that has allowed her to adapt and excel in diverse environments and workplace cultures.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service and professional support across industries such as retail, accounting, real estate, and consulting, Pearl is a skilled professional known for her ability to analyze data, create comprehensive reports, and execute strategies that exceed objectives. 

Pearl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Chicago. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family as a wife and proud mother of three daughters.

  A trained educator, Caitlin Wrend has nearly 15 years of experience across the education, nonprofit, financial services, and technology sectors. Her varied background and educator's approach equip her to navigate complex domains, identifying patterns and interdependencies that others might overlook. They bring expertise in strategic leadership and holistic problem-solving, along with a deep commitment to cultivating inclusive cultures. Caitlin holds both a Master of Education and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves reading and adventuring with her wife and two dogs in the Pacific Northwest.
